I haven't been blogging since last May, was totally busy with work stuffs and my little David.

Today, I am still on my medical leave (was given 5 days MC by doctor, yahoo!) as I wasn't feeling well. Nevertheless, I thought I shouldn't waste the precious time. Here's what I've done for the day 😊

- Started the day by preparing David to child care. He's now a year & 8 months now.

- Had great breakfast which I rarely do. I know many would say eat breakfast like a king but I'm hardly a breakfast person. ☝

- Went through the forex market. Looking at Daily time frame after end of day helps me a lot, there is no hurry in making money. Less is really more in trading!

- First time meditated. Honestly, it's beyond what I thought before which is boring and wasting time. It's truly awesome bruh! I learnt to have peace not only with nature but time. Living in a fast-pace country stopped me from quieting down for some time, I was used to rushing for workplaces, home, developed bad habit of eating rapidly without knowing of.

- Did workout after so long (last was back in year 2013?). It doesn't only train me in term of physical but mental. It was hard at first given never exercise this much for so long, but it became easier as I continue the momentum. Burnt 486 kcal in 17mins! ✌

- Had a cold shower! Sooo good and refreshing indeed.

- Reading about trading psychology. I'm not a professional in term of trading psychology but will definitely improve myself but being minimalist. I'll do my best to repeat the same process consistently which is 1) Identify good opportunity 2) Check the lot size, ensure not to overtrade 3) Manage it - place order, Stoploss, Trailing stop and Take profit.

- Changed the blog template back to simple one. I'll be back for more soon!

- Pick up my boy at 530PM and had dinner together; mummy was going out with friend.

I truly feel today is really a productive, effective, well-used day. I thank God for His grace and mercy every single day, that I'm able to enjoy time with family, alone and to learn new things. I'm truly contented.
