Project366 #60 - Distraction is Fine

As I meditated at this morning, one thought came to me was Distraction is totally fine.

I'm a perfectionist, I like to do my own thing without distubance from others. Last few days, I had good personal time alone given wife was working and my son was in school. They are both home on weekend. As usual, my son woke up at 7am (always this early 😫) and started shouting for Joy as he's happy. He wanted me to hug him carry him. At the moment, what I thought was just to quickly finish my meditation and work out. 

After settling him, I told my wife I'll spend 15 mins for mediation. As I meditated, I wouldn't think or do anything. Just be calm and relaxed. The thought came to me naturally. I should learn to accept distractin and disturbance. It's part of process in life, just learn to make peace with it. It will make life much happier than to be annoyed or angry.
