Project366 #72 - What I Eat For Lunch?

Ever since I started to work out 2 weeks ago, I also take care of my food intake. I can no longer eat processed foods, fast foods or heavy cooked foods like before.

My lunch would be just chicken breast or salmon fish, 2 eggs and 1 glass of full cream milk. This is crucial as it provides more proteins for me. I do enjoy it, it's tastier than I thought! 😋
