I've owned a set of true wireless earphone Haylou GT1 Pro for few months and I must say the sound quality is impressive, earphones are comfortable to my ears and easy to clean.
The problem is both earphones always out of sync when my son played and accidentally pressed the button wrongly. The bluetooth can only connect to either one of the earphones. Hence, this post serves as a reminder to myself so that I don't need to Google around every time :)
To fix the pairing issue, you must factory reset your earphones by following the steps below:
- Remove earphones from the case (the white LED will blink)
- Turn them off by touching them for 3 seconds (red LED)
- Touch them both for 20 seconds
- Put the earphones back into their case
- Remove earphones from your phone's Bluetooth settings
- Remove the earphones from their case, wait for them to pair in stereo mode
- Go to Bluetooth setting and Connect to the Haylou-GT1_R device again.
- Enjoy the music :)
