We flew from Singapore to Hanoi via Vietnam Airlines. It was quite an easy flight with good weather and less turbulence. There were cold tissue given for passengers to freshen up, snack to bite and a meal was served too. It was a pleasant experience as the foods turned out better than what I expected.
The cabin crew had difficulty in speaking English, but not to worry, they will have a menu ready for you. ;)
There were only 2 main dish selections for us and we decided to try out both. Aside of the main dish, there were salad, fruits, bread with butter and drinks served.
